We use a two-layer packaging system:

2. Second Layer: Acts as a safeguard if the first layer is compromised.

This dual-layer approach ensures that your medications remain safe and secure during transit, helping you stay healthy.

Shipping

Delivery charges for additional weight-based selected Non-Prescription products are specified on the respective medicine pages. These charges will also be displayed right below the respective medicines on the shopping cart page during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: We are available 24/7 to assist you. As soon as we receive your order, we are ready to handle your requirements and deliver your order within the established time frame. After confirming your order, we package the medicines and prepare them for delivery to your address. We confirm your order one more time before dispatching it.

Cancellations by the Customer

If we receive a cancellation request from a customer after the order has been sent for delivery, we will still honor the cancellation. Our priority is your satisfaction and convenience, even if the order is already en route.
